MEMBUAT CLAY SENDIRI

Saat ini, kreasi clay sedang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Mulai dari anak-anak, remaja, orang dewasa pun senang. Bukan hanya sekerdar permainan olah tangan saja, tapi sudah mulai marak di dunia bisnis. Hasil kreasi dari clay, memang unik dan menarik banyak peminat.

Sama seperti play doh yang kita bisa buat sendiri adonannya, clay pun juga begitu. Cuma, kalau clay hasilnya bisa lebih kering dan lebih tahan lama dibandingkan plastisin. Mau mencoba?

                                                                                                       Bahan-bahan: 

-          sabun mandi batangan

-          terigu

-          lem putih

-          garam

-          minyak sayur

-          pewarna kue

Cara mengolah:

1. potong sabun mandi batangan menjadi kotak-kotak kecil, rendam dalam air sampai lembek
2. masukkan terigu, lem, dan garam,  lalu uleni sampai kalis.
3. agar licin, beri minyak sayur sedikit, kira-kira 1 sendok.
4. bagi adonan menjadi beberapa bagian, lalu beri pewarna.
5. adonan clay siap dibentuk.

Flower Picture Frame

Supplies:

• A rectangular piece of cardboard (we used one panel from an empty cereal box)
• Scissors
• Paint, markers or crayons
• A picture of your child's face

Directions:

• Print out the template and trace it on the cardboard.
  
  
• Cut the flower out.
• Have your child decorate it. We used poster paint.
• Paste your child's picture in the center of the flower.

Why not make a bunch of flower picture frames and have your own indoor garden!

Magnet Picture Frame

Supplies:

• Colored sponge sheets
• Metal-edged ruler
• Scissors
• Glue
• Photo

Directions:

• Cut a piece of colored sponge sheet a bit bigger than the picture you are about to frame.
• Center the picture on the sponge sheet and glue in place, leaving a border on all sides.
• Let your child decorate the border with any materials you may have in the house (Buttons, stickers, etc.)
• Glue a piece of magnetic strip to the back of the picture.
• Display on your refrigerator!

Potpourri Picture Frame

This easy craft idea is great if you need to renew your potpourri. Instead of throwing the old potpourri away, let your child use it to make his own picture frame creation.

Supplies:

• Transparent Clear Adhesive Contact Paper
• Scissors
• Your favorite picture

Directions:

• Cut two pieces of contact paper the same size.
• Place the first piece of contact paper adhesive side up.
• Place picture in the center.
• Have your child place the dried flowers around the picture
• Place the second piece of contact paper, adhesive side down, on your child's creation.

Another great picture for the refrigerator!

Cork Board Picture Frame

Supplies:

• Cork Cut Piece
• Glue
• Dried Beans

Directions:

• Glue your favorite picture to the center of the cork cut piece
• Place transparent glue around the picture
• Place beans on the glue

Macam-macam Origami

Ini adalah sebagian kecil contoh macam-macam bentuk origami. Selain cara membuatnya mudah, origamipun tidak memerlukan alat-alat yang lainnya, yang diperlukan hanyalah kertas yang berbentuk persegi, boleh macam-macam warna atau jenis kertas dari yang tipis sampai tebal. Agar kitapun merasa tertantang untuk membuat origami kita dapat membuatnya dengan ukuran kertas dari yang terbesar sampai terkecil, disitulah kita dapat menguji kesabaran serta ketelitian kita untuk membuat origami. Inilah contoh-contoh bentuk origami dari yang klasik sampai yang moderen, serta dari yang tersulit sampai yang termudah. Ajaklah putra dan putri andapun di rumah, kegiatan ini sangat menyenangkan untuk dilakukan bersama, tujuannya melatih konsentrasi anak, motorik halus, serta melatih anak lebih kreatif untuk mengembangkan imajinasinya. Siapkan kertas warna yang biasa disebut origami/kertas lipat dan selamat mencoba.
